Patient Payment Options at Advanced Endodontics

Dental Insurance

We accept the following dental insurance:

• Cigna
• Delta Dental
• Guardian
• Metlife

If a co-pay is due, patients will be advised of the amount prior to their appointment. The co-pay is expected to be paid in full at the time the dental service is rendered.

If your insurance differs from the above and offers out-of-network coverage, our office can work with your plan. As a courtesy to our patients, we will contact your insurance company on your behalf and help determine how you can maximize your benefits. Although you are ultimately responsible for the full fee for our services, we can file claims on your behalf and, in some cases, collect payment from the insurance company.

CareCredit

Patients without Dental Insurance

If you don’t currently have dental insurance, we request that you pay for services as rendered and at the time of the appointment. To assist our senior patients in meeting their financial obligations, we offer

• A 5% senior discount for those age 65 and older

We accept payments made with cash and checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
